Position Objective:
Identify and develop business opportunities and manage key client relationships with the goal of reaching increased sales and profits for
Responsible for all phases of business development within current and potential markets. Includes siding, roofing and new product development.
Utilize and manage the sales and marketing team in a strategic manner to gain best value of resources while achieving company goals.
Apply strong knowledge of industry, market, competition and products to create new opportunities for profit.
Create market opportunities for new products.

Duties:
· Define long term organizational strategic goals.
· Manage outside sales personnel.
· Build key customer relationships.
· Identify and develop new product opportunities.
· Identify key business opportunities.
· Negotiate and close key business deals.
· Maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
· Work with inside and outside sales to pursue sales leads and perspective clients.
· Promote and develop sales growth with existing customers by introducing and developing new products and product strategies.
· Produce new sales by utilizing pull thru strategies via all links in the supply and user chain.
· Act as liaison between executive management and clients.
· Provide sales, customer service and product knowledge training to all employees.
· Work with the CEO and Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing programs and strategies.
