Job Description:

A Senior Drilling Engineer is responsible for the horizontal well design and the technical execution of the project. The work environment is a fast-paced, focused development program in the Fayetteville Shale play of Arkansas. This is a high profile position functioning as an integral part of an asset team. The successful candidate will have both the technical and communication skills to interface with both field and office based staff.

Job Requirements:

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a related field
10 years of applicable drilling experience
Self motivated, team oriented, and results focused
Good communication skills and mentoring abilities
Rounded experience in all aspects of drilling operations
Experienced in budgeting functions
